Ex-NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo Referred to DOJ on Criminal Charges for COVID Nursing Home Deaths

A House subcommittee has referred former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) to the Department of Justice on criminal charges. The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic found that Cuomo lied to Congress to cover up his role in the nursing home deaths in his state. You kind of have to wonder why they didn’t recommend murder charges against him. After Gov. Cuomo and his accomplices in the Democrat Party ordered sick COVID patients to be housed in nursing homes, thousands of elderly people in blue states were deliberately infected with the coronavirus to kill them.

The subcommittee chairman, Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) says that Cuomo engaged in a “conscious, calculated effort” to mislead Congress and avoid responsibility for how nursing home deaths were accounted for during early 2020. The evidence showed that Cuomo had reviewed the New York State Health Department’s data on COVID deaths in nursing homes and even wrote drafts of early emails using that data.

Cuomo told the subcommittee in a behind-closed-doors hearing that the public was not allowed to watch that he had no recollection of this.

“The Department of Justice should consider Mr. Cuomo’s prior allegedly wrongful conduct when evaluating whether to charge him for the false statements described,” Wenstrup wrote in the criminal referral to the DOJ.

That’s it? Lying to Congress?

Democrat policies related to COVID-19 killed thousands of Americans in nursing homes. Democrat mandates that coerced people into taking the experimental so-called “vaccines” have killed more than a million Americans by the most conservative scientific estimates. Cuomo had a hand in all those deaths.

People have long since forgotten, but there was a very important date during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic: March 4, 2020. That was the day when many of the Democrat governors across the United States issued a word-for-word identical Executive Order. The order insisted that because hospitals were overflowing with COVID patients (which was never true), nursing homes had to accept sick COVID patients and house them.

Anyone who has taken a high school biology class could have told you what would happen next. Seniors in nursing homes are the most vulnerable to complications and death from respiratory viruses like COVID-19. The former HHS Secretary for Pennsylvania, Big Dick “Call Me Rachel” Levine, took his mother out of a nursing home before the executive order went into effect in his state. He knew what was going to happen.

In addition to Andrew Cuomo, the following Democrat governors also issued the same identical Executive Order on March 4, 2020:

Former Gov. Tom Wolf (PA); Gov. Tim Walz (MN), who is running to be Kamala Harris’s vice president; Gov. Ned Lamont (CT); Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (MI); Gov. Phil Murphy (NJ); and Gov. Gavin Newsom (CA).

No reporter has ever asked these governors the obvious questions. Who wrote that Executive Order that they all issued on the same day? It obviously didn’t come from Donald Trump, who thought it was an insane idea. Why did they all issue the same Executive Order on the same day? Another way of phrasing that question would be: Who ordered them all to issue that Executive Order on the same day?

Six out of every 100 seniors in New York nursing homes died from COVID-19 after Cuomo issued that ghoulish order. The order was obviously issued because someone wanted to beef up the number of COVID-19 deaths to make it look more dangerous than it actually was. Who did that? And why hasn’t that person been arrested?
