One of the great mysteries of modern life is Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS). What is it about this moderate, friendly, charming, witty, and handsome real estate genius that turns liberals into stark, raving-mad lunatics? Donald Trump is one of the most instantly likable people on the planet. Mentally healthy people naturally gravitate toward him and want to shake his hand or take a selfie with him wherever he goes. People who disagree with Trump politically have gone completely insane this year, though. They keep claiming he plans to lock them up in a concentration camp.

The leader of the pack is Trump’s disgraced former attorney, Michael Cohen. He appeared on MSNBC with Jen Psaki a few days ago and claimed that Trump plans to send SEAL Team Six to round up his opponents and lock them up in a camp if he wins reelection. As much as we might wish that were true, Donald Trump has never said anything even vaguely similar to that.

Seriously, Mike, are you okay? There are mental health professionals you can talk to without blurting this crazy stuff out on national TV. Plus, isn’t there some sort of rule against getting a foreign passport under a fake name?

An ugly teenage boy named Rachel Maddow, who also has a show on MSNBC, says that he is also worried about Trump throwing him into a concentration camp.

“Yes, I’m worried about me — but only as much as I’m worried about all of us,” stated Maddow.

This is the same individual who spent years claiming that Russian collusion was real until the two-year Mueller investigation finally concluded that there were never any Russians or any collusion involving the Trump 2016 campaign. Maddow also claims that if Trump wins in 2024, he will cancel all future elections and remain “president for life.”

Stop, Rachel! We already plan to vote for him!

Hillary Clinton has also gone completely bonkers, although that was probably a short trip. She spoke at the Munich Security Conference back in February despite not having any sort of job in the US federal government right now. She called Trump a “wannabe dictator.” She claimed that he plans to use the US Army to round up Americans and lock them in concentration camps.

Clinton also claimed that Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act so he can weaponize American law enforcement against his political enemies. What a great idea! Unfortunately, Trump is a loveable teddy bear who has never even hinted at doing such a thing.

Keep in mind that these are the same people who have weaponized the justice system against Donald Trump to an unprecedented level in American history. The Biden InJustice Department has even invented new laws just so they can retroactively charge Trump with fake crimes.

Then there’s poor, mentally troubled Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

“I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy threw me in jail,” said the ditzy congresswoman during a podcast this summer. “He’s out of his mind. I mean, he did his whole first campaign around ‘lock her up.’ This is his motto.”

Someone should tell her that A) the ‘lock her up’ chant was about Hillary Clinton and B) Trump never locked anyone up because it was obvious political hyperbole.

Calm down, liberals! Take a breath. You’re going to be just fine when Donald Trump triumphantly wins the 2024 election. Do you know why he’s not going to lock any of you up in a concentration camp?

Because you’re just not that important!
